Schuylkill incident leads to citations

A physical altercation on a street of a Schuylkill County borough has led to citations being issued to the two participants.

State police at Frackville said the incident occurred about 10:40 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, in the area of 206 E. Ogden St., Girardville. Troopers said Samantha Simpson, 38, and Nicole Harris, 23, both of Girardville, were both issued citaions for harassment following the incident.
