Access device fraud is probed

Tamaqua police are investigating the unauthorized use of a bank debit card. The card was issued to Randy Schock of 436 Hazle St.

The incident was reported on July 31 after Schock discovered $75 worth of merchandise had been billed to his account for merchandise from a website.
