Lehigh man cited in Schuylkill
A Lehigh County man was cited in Schuylkill County for retail theft.
State police at Frackville said troopers were called to the Sears store in the Schuylkill Mall, New Castle Township, about 6:15 p.m. on Dec. 2 for a report of a person in custody for theft.
Troopers allege that John Burns Jr., of Allentown, concealed four X-box games, and failed to pay for them, with other items he did purchase at the store.
