Large amount of cash taken

A large amount of cash was reported taken in a burlgary in Schuylkill County.

State police at Frackville said the home of Michael Kilousky, 64, of 81 Washington St., Middleport, was entered sometime betweeen midnight and 8 a.m. on Monday, July 18. Entry was gained through the front door while Kilousky was sleeping, troopers said.

Taken was $5,000 in cash from a drawer near the front door. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call troopers at (570) 874-5300.
