Ex-boyfriend is charged in Monroe
John Paul Carangelo, 49, of Analomink, has been cited by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks for harassment, stemming from incidents that happened between Feb. 17 and July 26 involving his former girlfriend.
Police said the 35-year-old victim from Stroudsburg reported Carangelo made numerous harassing telephone calls and sent numerous text messages to her.
