Black Diamond Writers' Network hosts Writing Boot Camp

Writing Boot Camp 2015 and "JumpSpark Your Marketing and Get Ready to Sell" will take place April 18 at the Tamaqua Community Arts Center, 125 Pine St. in Tamaqua.

The event is sponsored by Black Diamond Writers' Network.

The boot camp will be facilitated by Dina Tull Davis, principal of JumpSpark Creative Group.

In the morning session discover how to build a solid brand, learn and implement marketing fundamentals and develop a platform.

In the afternoon session go deeper into platform and promotional strategies, including three "must have's:" a web site/blog, a product page and a social media presence.

Registration from through March 31 is $45 for BDWN members and $50 for nonmembers. Walk-in fee is $55, if available.

Registration ends March 31. Seating is limited. Price includes lunch.
