Sons & Heirs tribute band at the MC Opera House Saturday

The music of Morrissey, Johnny Marr and company lives on with The Sons & Heirs, a New York-based Smiths tribute band. They will perform at the Mauch Chunk Opera House on Saturday.

Singer Ronnissey, guitarist Ravi Marr, bassist Fredo Rourke and drummer Flax Joyce deliver the songs, glamour, and live atmosphere of The Smiths and solo Morrissey, all with keen attention to detail.

Since 2006, The Sons & Heirs have performed from Tel Aviv to Los Angeles, sharing the stage with the likes of Smiths bassist Andy Rourke and Morrissey drummer Spencer Cobrin.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show is at 8.
