Farm-to-table dinner, auction
The Seed Farm, 5854 Vera Cruz Road, Emmaus, will host the fifth annual Farm-to-Table Dinner and Auction from 5 to 8 p.m. Oct. 4, presented by GrowLV by Sodexo.
The event supports training for men and women who produce our food. A four-course meal will be prepared on-site and served in the greenhouse, followed by presentations about the new farmer training program and a lively auction featuring unique prizes. Dinner will be prepared by a team of chefs from GrowLV by Sodexo and Chef Nicholas Elmi, winner of Bravo's Top Chef New Orleans and owner of the restaurant Laurel in Philadelphia. Online ticket sales will be open until 5 p.m. Oct. 3, while they remain.
