Wanted person found in Monroe

A call for a domestic dispute in Monroe County led to the apprehension of a wanted person.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said officers were called for a domestic dispute at 11:34 p.m. on Wednesday at 651 Main St., Tobyhanna.

While investigating the complaint officers made contact with Lonnie Issac Turner, 27, of 2456 Winding Way, Tobyhanna. A records check revealed Turner had an active warrant for his arrest issued out of Indiana County.

Turner was arrested and placed in the county prison in Snydersville pending transfer to Indiana County.
