• Cornerstone Community Church in Kresgeville has begun its online registration for its Vacation Bible School, which will be held from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 8-12. Call the church at 610-681-3534. The theme is Time Lab VBS. Children from age 4 to beginning sixth grade in the fall are being invited and asked to come join in discovering Jesus from eternity past to eternity future. Children will be able to enjoy inventors science and crafts, cool contests, high-voltage songs, games and snacks.

• Hope Community Fellowship will have its Vacation Bible School from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. July 9-13 at the church. 306 Bridge St., Weissport. The theme is SonQuest Rainforest. Open to ages 3-13. Preregister at 610-379-2181.

• St. Matthew’s UCC, Kunkletown, will hold Vacation Bible School 9 a.m. to noon July 9-13 for children ages 3 and up. A parent or adult may stay with preschool age kids for a Mommy and Me experience. The theme is Splash Canyon by Concordia Publishing House. This promises a week of thrills and spills, as participants dive into stories such as baby Moses in the river and the baptism of Jesus.

• Peoples Evangelical Congregational Church, 10 a.m. to noon, July 24-26 at the church, 215 Wagner St. Lehighton. Register the morning of the session at 9:30 a.m. All ages welcome. Call 610-377-1696.

• Trinity Lutheran Church, 175 S. Third St., Lehighton, “Splash Canyon — God’s promise on Life’s Wild Ride” Vacation Bible School, 6:30-8:30 p.m. Aug. 6-10.

• St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church, 826 Mahoning Drive West, Lehighton, will host Shipwrecked: Rescued by Jesus, from 6-8 p.m. Aug. 12-16. There will be classes for preschool through adult. Each evening they will use Bible stories, songs and lots of fun activities to learn how Jesus rescues us.
