Biker in custody after Mahoning chase

A biker is in custody after leading police on a high speed chase from Lehighton into Mahoning township.

The chase began about 4 p.m. in Lehighton on Bridge street then west on Mahoning Drive east to a home in the 1300 block. Police confiscated the orange Harley Davidson and took the driver into custody.

Numerous units from Mahoning township and Lehighton police were involved.
