Monroe driver facing DUI count

A Monroe County driver is facing a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) following a crash that occurred about 5:10 p.m. on June 23 along SR115 near the intersection with Valley Road, in Effort, Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County.

Troopers said Brian C. Bloss, 27, of Pocono Lake, crashed his vehicle at the above location. Troopers said he was found to be under the influence of several controlled substances. Charges were filed, troopers added.
