Arrest made for theft at home
A Tamaqua woman has been charged with theft and receiving stolen property after she allegedly stole money from a resident of a Rush Township nursing home.
Jeanette A. Major, 48, was employed at the nursing home at the time of the incident. The victim reported a total of $3,000 was taken by Major over a two year period. A home video camera reportedly caught Major in the act.
