Celebrating 103 years

Beatrice Burbes, aresident of Hometown Nursing Center and formerly of Lehighton, iscelebrating her 103rdbirthday.

Beatrice was born on July 17, 1912. She is the mother of two sons; Bruce Fritzinger of Lehighton, who is married toCharlotte; and Elmer, who passed away in 2001 in Florida.

She is the wife of the late Lewis Burbes, who passed away in 1979.

Beatrice loved going out to eat and shopping. She was also a great baker.

A celebratory dinner is planned with her family.
