BMHS anxiety seminar to be held April 25

Blue Mountain Health System Adult Partial Hospitalization Program staff will offer a free community education program on anxiety at 1:30 p.m. April 25, at the Blue Mountain Health System/Bowmanstown Medical Plaza at 513 Bank St., Bowmanstown.

Unless you've experienced tormenting anxiety and panic attack firsthand, it's hard to understand what someone with an anxiety disorder may be going through.

Presenters Matthew Gaudiuso and William Wise will discuss generalized anxiety disorders, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive behavior and phobias.

Gaudiuso and Wise will share their expertise and insight into these disorders to help family members and friends who want to help but don't know how.
