Two Summit Hill men face charges for assaulting women during domestic disputes.

Charles Buzik, 60, of 155 W. White St. was charged with simple assault and harassment after police were called to his house at 4:15 p.m. March 13.

Francis Bowman, 52, of 357 W. Iron St. was charged with terroristic threats, simple assault, harassment and criminal mischief after police were called to his house on March 19 to find he had threatened and assaulted a woman there and broke her cellphone.

Randy Crocker, 52, of 113 E. Fell St. was charged with receiving stolen property, individual not to possess firearms, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a small amount of drugs.

Police were called to the house on March 29 about an unwanted person there. While there, they discovered a pistol that was found to have been stolen. Crocker is not to possess a firearm. They also found drug paraphernalia.

Amy Craig, 38, of 242 W. Hazard St. issued a check to a local business drawn on an account with insufficient funds. She then failed to respond to a certified letter to make good on the check.

Todd Emmert, 43, of 240 W. Hazard St. on Feb. 13 issued a check to the borough without enough money in his account to cover it. He, too failed to respond to a certified letter.

Teenagers charged

Police also charged three teenagers.

A 14-year-old Lansford boy was harassing a girl at the Panther Valley Middle School on Feb. 19. He was charged with harassment.

A 13-year-old Summit Hill boy was found wandering the streets at 11:05 p.m. on Jan. 20, a weeknight. He was charged with violating the borough curfew.

A 13-year-old Summit Hill boy was caught on Jan. 27 taking cellphone pictures in a middle school boy's room. He was charged with disorderly conduct.
