Monroe man cited for trespassing

A Monroe County man has been charged with criminal trespass, a felony three, following an incident on Tuesday at 8:56 p.m.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said they were called to 41 Fairview Ave., in Mount Pocono, by Mike Oser and Jean Simchak, owners of the property. The individuals reported they heard an alarm activated at their neighbor's property. Oser went to investigate and found Javon Ire Miller, 25, of 40 Fairview Ave., in the basement of the home.

Officers responded and found Miller down the street from the home. He was arrested without incident.
