Carbon man cited in neighbor dispute

A Carbon County man was cited following an incident that occurred at 9:17 p.m. May 7 along Sassafrass Road in the Indian Mountain Lakes development in Albrightsville, Penn Forest Township.

State police at Fern Ridge said a neighbor's dispute occurred at the location involving a 34-year-old woman and Richard E. Strawcutter, 53. Troopers allege that Strawcutter harassed Martin by calling her obscene names and charging at her. He also was reported to be very loud in doing so, which prompted security personnel to respond to the scene, but he persisted in his conduct.

As a result troopers cited Strawcutter for harassment and disorderly conduct.
