Original comedy at Ice House

"The Bartender Chronicles" is a comedy for mature audiences produced by The Crowded Kitchen Players at the Charles Brown Ice House, 56 River St., Bethlehem.

Twelve mismatched couples and a number of intemperate lonely-hearts are scattered around a Lake George Village restaurant in the early season. In their various states of insobriety, they sift through their respective passions, their frustrations, and their fears about love, life, and loneliness in this original comedy written by Brian McDermott. Ara Barlieb directs.

The cast includes Susan Burnett, John Cusumano, Brian McDermott, Nick Nelson, Jeanie Olah, Alexandra Racines, Greg Rogers, Lauri Beth Rogers, Steven Rosenbloom, Thomas Rush, Patti Squire, Pamela Wallace, Brian Wendt and Rebecca Wenhold.

Showtimes are 8 p.m. this Friday and Saturday, as well as June 26; and 2 p.m. this Sunday and June 28.

Tickets are $18, $14 for seniors and $8 for students.
