1969 football team inducted into NL Ring of Honor

The 1969 Slatington High School football team that compiled a perfect 10-0 record was recently inducted into the Northern Lehigh Ring of Honor. A number of team members were on hand for the ceremony. They included, Karl Andreas, Keith Kester, Steve Trainer, Dan Papay, Donnie Evans, Kerry Loch, Mike Trainer, Glenn Parry, Ivan Weiss, athletic trainer Richard Frantz, and assistant coach Mike Bonner. Current Northern Lehigh High School Athletic Director Bryan Geist is on the right.
