$20,000 reported stolen in Polk Twp.

A Lackawanna County resident claims a large amount of cash was stolen from his property in Monroe County.

A 62-year-old man from Moscow said during July 10 he was having work done at a property along Laurel Drive in Polk Township, by a firm from Lehighton.

During the time frame, the victim said $20,000 was taken from the residence.
