McConville named to NFHCA All-Region team

The National Field Hockey Coaches Association recently announced its 2009 Harrow Sports/NFHCA High School All-Region Teams.

There are six seperate regions stretching along th East Coast as well as expanding into the MidWest of the United States.

After helping the Lehighton field hockey team capture the program's first-ever PIAA State Championship, McConville earned herself a selection to be a member of the Mideast Regional team.

Joining McConville on this regional squad will be fellow District 11 member Allison Evans, of Emmaus High School.
