Nesquehoning woman is cited
Danielle Neff, 353 E. Catawissa St., Nesquehoning, has been cited by borough police for shoplifting.
She was charged with retail theft after stealing $13.91 worth of merchandise from Redner's Warehouse Market on Tuesday.
