Rush police report one-car accident
A Tamaqua man was injured in a one-vehicle accident in Hometown, Rush Township police report.
On Dec. 6 at 5:20 a.m. Lee Frank Wenzel lost control of his vehicle while traveling north on Claremont Ave. Wenzel was taken to St. Luke's Miners Memorial Hospital, Coaldale, by Tamaqua EMS. Wenzel's vehicle was towed from the scene.
Wenzel is facing summary traffic charges, police said.
