Panther Valley School District holds holiday band concert

The Panther Valley School District's Holiday Band Concert was performed by the Junior Band under the direction of Joseph Ogozalek and the high school band under Mark Christ. There was a performance of a junior band flute trio by Abby Haas, Danielle Hudicka, and Delana Nalesnik, directed by Karen Grebousky.
A list of music performed by the junior band included Sleigh RIde, Who Let the Elves Out, Jazzy Ol' Saint Nick, Dancer of the Snowmen, Blue Christmas and Hallelujah Chorus.
The highschool band played I Wonder As I Wander, Parade of the Wooden Soldiers and a performance by the band front, First Noel, and The Polar Express.There wasa special percussion number to Santa and the Elves played by all band members, incorporating "Kuh Thunk". This number was well received by the audience as was the final number Santa Meets Sousa (a rendition of patriotic and Christmas music).
