Trash, refuse left at Lehigh site

State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating an incident whereby someone left five black plastic bags filled with clothing and various items of household waste on a property in Lehigh County.

The victim is Robert E. Brown of Schnecksville.

Police said the refuse was left on the victim's property at 5769 Pfeiffer Circle, Germansville, by actor(s) fled in an unknown direction.

The incident happened between 9 a.m. Nov. 26 and 9 a.m. Nov. 27.
