Report is clarified in Nesquehoning

A report published in the TIMES NEWS recently involving the arrest of Bruce William Archer, 15 Panorama Circle, Kunkletown, incorrectly assumed the man was incarcerated at the Carbon County Correctional Facility, Nesquehoning, after his arraignment.

Archer was arraigned before District Judge Casimir Kosciolek of Lansford on felony and misdemeanor charges relating to the theft of more than $14,000 worth of parts/equipment from the Kovatch Corporation, Nesquehoning.

Borough police indicated that at the time of his arraignment, Archer's bail was set at $15,000. Archer was not incarcerated, apparently having posted the bail.
