Troxell honored by West Penn Township

Randy Troxell (right), outgoing Chairman of the West Penn Township Board of Supervisors, received a plaque from the township for his six years of service to the board during its monthly meeting for December. Presenting the plaque to Troxell are fellow supervisors Alfonso Martinez (left) and David Zeigler (center).
