Schuylkill man victim of fraud
A Schuylkill County man is the victim of access device fraud.
State police at Frackville said someone gained access to the credit card of Richard Neikam, 56, of Market St., Sheppton, East Union Townsihp, and later obtained services with the card. The incident occurred between Nov. 16-17. Troopers said the person paid off an outstanding bill with the card.
The investigation into the incident is continuing.
