Theft of cash from vehicle is probed

State police at Schuylkill Haven are investigating the theft of cash from a vehicle.

James Richard Bender, of Breckenridge Rd., Orwigsburg, West Brunswick Township, reported someone entered his 2001 Pontiac Montana while parked near his home and removed a steel box which contained about $100 in cash. The incident occurred sometime between Dec. 6 and 9.
