Carla Renninger marries Darrell Schmidt
Carla L. (Walck) Renninger of Palmerton and Darrell F. Schmidt, also of Palmerton, were united in marriage on Nov. 14, 2009 at Beltzville State Park, Lehighton. The Rev. Dana Heckman-Beil officiated over the double ring ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her family.
The bride is the daughter of Alice Walck of Palmerton and Carl Walck of Slatington. She is a graduate of Palmerton Area High School and Allentown Business School. She is employed at the First National Bank of Palmerton in the audit department.
The bridegroom is the son of Ruth Ann Schmidt of Lehigh Township and the late Howard F. Schmidt. He is a graduate of Northampton High School and is employed by Livengood Excavating, Walnutport.
The couple reside in Palmerton.
