Model railroad society

The Carbon Model Railroad Society will hold its open house at 529 Ore St., in Bowmanstown on Thursday Dec. 17, from 7 to 9 p.m.; and on Saturdays and Sundays, Dec. 26, and 27, and Jan. 2 and 3, from 1 to 5 p.m.

The main HO scale display is in various stages of completion and is an excellent learning tool. The club's portable HO display will also be in operation and there will be a model railroad yard sale. Admission is free.
