The Jim Thorpe Fire Department has a limited number of smoke detectors for residents of the borough.
If you need a smoke detector contact Fire Chief Bill Diehm at 325-3890.
Holiday Services
St. Mark's/St. John's Episcopal Church, Race Street, will hold the following Christmas Eve services. Special music will be held at 6:30 p.m. with the Holy Eucharist at 7. Midnight Mass will be held at 11 p.m.
