Scattering rubbish incident

A Monroe County man has been cited for scattering rubbish.

Pocono Mountain Regional police said on Dec. 12 about 3:20 p.m. a patrol officer observed someone throwing waste paper onto SR611 at the Five Points intersection, from the rear passenger seat of a Nissan sedan.

A vehicle stop was conducted and the passenger was identified as Henry D. Koroma, 20, of Tobyhanna. He was cited for the offense and released, police said.
