Tamaqua hires coaches

The Tamaqua Area School Board hired two coaches during its monthly meeting Tuesday night.

Clem McCarroll was rehired as girls soccer coach for the 2010-11 school year, at a salary to be determined.

Jennel Yelito, the Lady Raiders' girls tennis coach, was hired as boys tennis coach for the spring 2010 season, at a salary of $2,075.

Jarrod Yuskauskas, Nesquehoning, was approved as a volunteer swimming coach.
