Tamaquua Public Library honored

State Representative Jerry Knowles presents a citation to Gayle Heath, director of the Tamaqua Public Library, on behalf of the Pennsylvania General Assembly in honor of the library's 75th anniversary. The library is located on South Railroad Street in Tamaqua.
