Rush Twp. police make DUI arrest

Rush Township Police have charged Richard N. Stevens Jr., 54, of Tamaqua with DUI and other summary traffic charges after he was stopped on SR309 on Dec. 16 at 11:04 p.m.

The defendant's BAC (blood alcohol count) by breath test was a .269 percent. The BAC test was administered at the Rush Township Police Station.
