Garage is entered in Monroe County
A burglary that happened at a garage of a Monroe County home is being investigated by state police at the Fern Ridge barracks.
Police said the victim is Irene P. Vitagliano, 110 Blue Ridge Drive, Effort, Chestnuthill Township.
The incident happened between 7:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. Saturday when someone kicked in the door leading to the two-car garage. Police said the actor(s) gained entry to the garage but not the adjoining residence. Nothing was taken in the inicident, police said.
