Lehighton couplewed 54 years

Mr. and Mrs. William G. Hartranft of Lehighton will celebrate their 54th wedding anniversary on Dec. 24. They were married in St. John's United Church of Christ, Tamaqua, by the late Rev. Arthur D. Knoebel.

The couple has four children and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
