State police at the Schuylkill Haven barracks reported they filed charges against two individuals as a result of an incident Wednesday at 12:14 a.m. at Pine View Acres, East Norweigan Township.

Police said they responded to a report of a harassment and public drunkenness incident that involved a nude woman running around the parking lot of the property while being highly intoxicated. Police said the nude woman then appeared at a neighbor's residence, requesting a place to stay for the evening.

Upon arrival, police identified the woman as Margaret Hossler, 43, of Pottsville, who was reported to have been involved in a physical dispute with her boyfriend, Willard Hooven, 48, also of Pottsville.

Police said during the course of the argument, Hossler pulled Hooven's hair and shoved her to get away from him. He then told her to leave his residence, to which she obliged.

Police said Hossler fled the residence naked and wandered the parking lot until arriving at the neighbor's home, where she was brought in and clothed.

Police said while the investigation was underway, Hossler became belligerent, continuing to scream and yell, refusing to go inside the residence and lower her voice and failing to cooperate with police.

She was cited for harassment and public drunkenness while Hooven was charged witrh harassment.
