suit is filed

Quinn Hydro, 302 Walnut St., Lehighton, has filed a personal injury suit against Remmey, The Pallet Company, 523 Mill Road, Lehighton.

The action, started by a writ of summons, seeks an arbitration award of $50,000 or less.

Mortgage foreclosures

The following actions were filed as mortgage foreclosures for alleged defaults on loans:

Deutsche Bank Natioal Trust Company, as trustee for Certificateholders for Ameriquest Mortgage, Irving, Tex., filed an action against Terenca R. Vandling Jr., Laurys Station, over property at 475 Maxine Drive, Franklin and Towamensing townships. Sought is $283,736.86 in principal, fees and interest.

Susquehanna Bank, formerly Susquehanna Bank DV, and Susquehanna Patriot Bank, Maugansville, Md.,. filed an action against Mandi Reiss, 633 Mauch Chunk Road, Palmerton, over property at 633 Hazard Road, Palmerton. Sought is $56,179.53 in principal, fees and interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee for Securitized Asset Backer Receivables, LLC, Irvine, Calif., filed an action against Anthony W. Kim and Yung Sun Shim-Kim, Newtown, Pa., over a property at 201 Woods St., Lake Harmony. Sought is $195,892.08 in principal, fees and interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as trustee for Option One Mortgage Loan Trust 2002-6, Irving, Tex., filed an action against Barbara McNatt and Harold W. McNatt, 14 Carbon St., Weatherly, over property at that address. Sought is $90,253.14 in principal, fees and interest.

Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., s/b/m to Wells Fargo Mortgage, Inc., Fort Mill, S.C., filed an action against Blaine Leiby, 711 Princeton Ave., Palmerton, over property at that address. Sought is $52,868.87 in principal, fees and interest.

GMAC Mortgage, LLC, Fort Washington, Pa., filed an action against Robert J. Blasser, 30 Nosirrah Road, Albrightsville, over property at that address. Sought is $169,248.86 in principal, fees and interest.

Credit default

The following actions were filed by credit card companies, or their collection agencies, for alleged defaults on credit card/loan accounts:

Chase Bank, N.A., San Antonio, Tex., filed against Timothy R. Rehrig Sr., 406 White St., Weissport, seeking $26,623.98.

Colorado Capital Investments, Inc., as assignee of Washington Mutual Bank, Weatherford, Tex., filed against Jane O'Brian, 120 Douglas St., Apt. 100, Lehighton, seeking $2,941.67.

Seeks vehicle

crash damages

Kendall McLaughlin, a minor, by her parent and natural guardian, Paula Sebelin, 424 Mahoning St., Lehighton, and Paula Sebelin, have filed a civil action against Ingrid Seppanen, Gladstone, Mich., and Covenant Transport, Inc., Allentown.

The action, started by filing of a writ of summons, seeks damages in excess of $25,000 as a result of a motor vehicle accident. A jury trial is demanded.

Replevin complaint

Harley-Davidson Financial Services, d/b/a Harley-Davidson Credit, assignee of Eaglemark Savings Bank, a/k/a ESB, Carson City, Nev.,. has filed a replevin complaint against Bobbi Deroach, a/k/a Bobbi S. Deroach, over the purchase of a 2004 Harley-Davidson FLSTC Heritage Softail Classic.

The two-count complaint contends the defendant made the purchase by signing a contract agreeing to make 72 monthly payments of $383.25, beginning Nov. 20, 2005, but defaulted of the terms of the pact by failing to make payments since Feb. 16 of this year.

The suit asks the court to grant possession of the vehicle or, in the alternative, damages of $11,290 plus interest. The second count seeks judgment in the amount of $12,975.11, which includes the amount owed on the loan, interest and attorney's fees.
