Winners in Lehighton's outdoor Christmas decoration contest were announced. Top prize was a rebate of the month's electric bill. Single home category winners were Willard Creitz, 268 N. First St., 100 percent reimbursement; Richard Zimmerman, 346 S. Eighth St., 75 percent; Glenn Barry, 360 N. Sixth St., and Samuel Dolgopol, 210 N. Fourth St., 25 percent. The borough sponsored the contest. Double block home division winners were Clair and Fatzinger and James Hunsicker, 216-218 Carbon St., 50 percent each.
