The Nesquehoning Borough Police have submitted a report for the month of November at the December council meeting.

Police money received: Magistrate Kosciolek- $463.38, Mark Zaengle- $34.10 Sanitation, Dan Tristani- $32.64 Sanitation, Magistrate-Sanitation Fines/Bills- $70.07, Carbon County Fines- $8.33, Carbon County DUI Reimbursement- $145.97, Carbon County Motor Vehicle- $100.98, Attorney General OT Reimbursement- $0, State Fines- $1,384.26, Parking tickets- $25, Moving permits- $225, Accident reports- $105, Solicitation permits- $0.

Officer contacts/Follow-Ups- 444, Citations issued- 32 (traffic-27 and non-traffic-5).

Incidents reported for the month- 41. Community notification-sexual predator- Scott Vosburgh- state parole and police put in jail before he moved here, one death report, hit-and-run accidents, Charles Haupt arrested twice in November for retail theft, Andrette Haupt arrested- retail theft, Mike Suzadail cited for dog law violation, Greg Macalush arrested-underage consumption.

One theft of services, one extortion by inmate, two domestic violence calls, one theft of bicycle, Kim Johnson arrested 302 warrant, Joe Kash arrested for DUI, one felony warrant served on Bruce Archer- theft of $15,240 from Kovatch's, three burglaries (two are drug related), one missing juvenile found, one check welfare on Mary Bargilione demanded police leave her property, Valerie Gray arrested for persistent disorderly conduct, one detained for loitering and prowling at night time, Joe Loprette arrested for small amount of marijuana, one access device fraud, two harassment by communication reports (charges pending), one stolen car recovered in Allentown (no arrest), one missing juvenile, one death investigation (suicide by hanging), two contraband cases at prison charges denied on both Sherri Simmons and Robert Stalter, one bench warrant served arrested Stalter and placed in jail.
