Christmas card is unwanted
David Endy, 50, of Allentown, has been cited for harassment by state police at the Fogelsville barracks for having sent a Christmas card to a female from Emmaus.
Police said the incident was reported to them at 5 p.m. Dec. 22 by the 42-year-old woman, who said Endy sent her a harassing card after repeatedly being told to stop contact with the woman.
