California man reports unwanted texts
State police at the Fogelsville barracks are investigating a harassment by communications incident in Lower Macungie Township.
Police said Michael E. Marx, 25, of Stanford, Calif., reported to them that between 4:23 p.m. Friday and 12:12 a.m. Saturday he received numerous unwanted text messages on his cell phone from a known individual. Police said Marx, however, declined to prosecute the messenger.
