Police respond to Schuylkill incident

Curt Jacob Marquardt, 20, of Girardville, was cited by state police at the Frackville barracks on Wednesday at 5:21 a.m. following an incident at 200 E. Main St., Girardville.

Police said it is alleged he kicked out a front window at the residence of Sarah L. Hennessey, 21, of Girardville.
