Ski lodge is scene of theft incident
State police at the Lehighton barracks are investigating the theft of a snowboard at the Blue Mountain Ski Resort, Lower Towamensing Township.
Police said the victim is a minor who was not identified.
The incident happened between 7:50-8 p.m. Tuesday when someone went to an open ski rack located at the Summit Lodge and stole the unsecured Burton UNINC board while the victim was inside the lodge. The board is valued at $600.
