Two to be cited after confrontation
Two persons will be cited for assault/harassment following an incident at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Weissport.
Police said the incident happened at 224 White St. when Samantha M. Carlos, 19, and John H. Binder, 22, became involved in a verbal altercation that turned physical.
