Vehicles are towed after Monroe crash

Two vehicles were towed from the scene of a crash at 12:38 p.m. Monday along Route 115 at the Pocono Raceway in Monroe County.

Police said Jeffrey Zola, 27, of New Jersey, was traveling south on Rt. 115 and attempted to make a U-turn near the racetrack. he failed to observe a vehicle operated by Michael Riley, 21, of Blakeslee, who was northbound on Rt. 115 at the time, causing the two vehicles to collide.

Police said Zola and a passenger in Riley's vehicle both sustained minor injuries.
