Stepfather cited for harassment

The Pocono Mountain Regional police officers were called to the residence of Frederick J. Smith, 50, at 39 Candle Dr. Candlewicke Estates in Long Pond, on Friday, Oct. 30, at 1:24 a.m. for a dispute between Smith and his stepson. No criminal activity was found.

Approximately 15 minutes after officers left Smith smashed windows and television in that residence with a crowbar. Smith was cited for harassment.
